The overall design layout of the machine tool is horizontal, the longitudinal bed body is T-shaped overall structure, the worktable moves along the left and right of the transverse bed body, the column moves along the front and back of the longitudinal bed body, and the spindle box moves up and down the column. The main shaft mechanism adopts the high-precision and high-rigidity combined bearing of NSK company in Japan. The high-precision and high-rigidity combined bearing is high in rotation precision and good in rigidity. The rotating speed of the main shaft is high, and there is a cooling circulating system, and the temperature rise of the shaft is controlled. The standard worktable of the machine tool is mouse tooth disk grading (1 °× 360). The rotation is driven by AC servo motor, hydraulic automatic clamping, loosening, accurate and reliable movement. The machine tool is a double-exchange workbench, and the automatic indexing and automatic exchange function of the working table can be realized, and when one of the work tables is in operation, the other workbench can carry out part loading and unloading, the auxiliary time is reduced, and the efficiency is improved. The machine tool X, Y, Z adopts the German Hyde Han grating ruler as the linear measurement and NC system to form a closed-loop control system. The standard CNC system of this machine tool adopts SINUMERK,84ODSL system of Siemens Company of Germany, AC spindle servo motor, AC feed servo motor, servo system is imported original, according to user requirements, Germany HEIDENHAIN, Spain FAGOR, Japan FANUC and other numerical control systems can be selected.
